We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 90-day guarantee to support your results. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us.


Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order are not allowed as we immediately process orders and send them to fulfillment centers.


Returns and Refunds

To qualify for the 90-day guarantee, you must provide before and after photos – one at the start of your treatment and one after 90 days of consistent daily use.

We proudly offer a comprehensive 90-day, 100% return policy for customers who do not experience results after using our product daily for 90 days. This policy helps ensure products are used as intended and prevents misuse.

If you experience any negative effects with our serum within the 90-day period, we will gladly provide a refund for used items. For unopened items, a $3 return label fee will apply.

Please note:

Some countries may not accept returns. We cannot provide full refunds in those cases.

We do not issue refunds for shipping delays or courier-related issues.

Only one refund per customer is allowed under this guarantee, to prevent policy abuse.

To initiate a return, email hi@mori-skin.com with your order number and reason for the request.

All refunds are processed in USD, and customers are responsible for any foreign currency conversion or banking fees.


Product Concerns

We encourage safe and responsible product use. Please follow usage instructions and safety warnings. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury, for which we are not liable. Refunds or replacements for such incidents are at our sole discretion.


Damaged Items

We define a product as damaged only if it is physically broken or defective. Packaging dents or scuffs do not count as damage if the product remains intact.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, report it within 48 hours by emailing hi@mori-skin.com with a clear photo. If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost.

We do not accept returns or provide replacements for damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or personal handling.


Shipping & Delivery

We strive for prompt delivery, but are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party couriers, customs, or weather conditions.
If your order is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, we verify all billing and shipping addresses. Transactions flagged for unusual activity may require further verification or be canceled.
